Natalie

Natalie is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in healthcare. She is qualified to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and long-term conditions, working autonomously while collaborating closely with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team.

Natalie runs independent clinics, provides same-day urgent appointments, and prescribes medication where appropriate. She is trained in holistic, patient-centred care and places a strong emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and supporting patients to manage their conditions effectively.

Practice nurses

Cheryl

Cheryl is a Practice Nurse and Independent Prescriber with specialist expertise in diabetes and respiratory care. She provides chronic disease management clinics, prescribes medication where appropriate, and supports patients with education and self-management to improve long-term health outcomes.

Cheryl is also skilled in various other areas including wound dressings, immunisations, ear irrigation, blood tests, vaccination advice, new patient registrations, blood pressure monitoring, dietary / weight management support, management of heart disease, baby immunisations, smoking cessation, smears, young persons’ clinics and contraception advice.

Healthcare Assistant

Susan

Susan is very experienced in many aspects of general healthcare. Areas of specialty include chronic disease annual health checks, NHS health checks, smoking cessation, suture removal, ear irrigation, b12 injections, shingles and pneumonia injections and weight management.

Susan also visits our housebound patients to ensure they receive monitoring of their long term conditions, such as diabetes or hypertension.
