Care navigator/medical receptionist
We are looking for a full or part time care navigator/medical receptionist to join our friendly team.
This is a varied role which includes interacting with patients both face to face, via the telephone and digitally. The processing of emails from healthcare professionals and pharmacies and the actioning of prescription requests and any associated queries. The management of internal messages in relation to patient records and healthcare. Due to the nature of the work environment no two days are the same, therefore, we are seeking a team member who is calm under pressure, able to multitask, work well within a team but can also work using their own initiative. We are also seeking a team member who is proactive, enthusiastic, and friendly.
- The position is for 37 hours per week; however, the possibility of a job share is negotiable for the right candidate. Hours are worked between 07:30-18:30 on a rota basis

- £11.44 per hour starting rate
