We have a dedicated team of reception and administration staff. They will always do their best to help, whatever your request and are all bound by strict rules of confidentiality.

The reception team are here to help you at the front desk or over the telephone, they also deal with all incoming prescription requests or prescription queries from patients but also other health care providers and pharmacy’s, general enquiries and requests for help and advice.

They also action requests from our practice team, whether that be requesting Community Nursing input for a housebound patient or booking follow up appointments, to name just two!

They also process requests from the wider health care profession, including our in-house clinical pharmacy team, Community Nurses, Midwives, etc. They have had training in care navigation and signposting, this means they may ask you questions about why you are contacting us, this is to ensure we direct you to the most appropriate source of help, advice, assessment or treatment.
