Today we have launched the ability to book blood test appointments online. If you have access to online services you will be able to book an appointment with our Phlebotomist Lucy.
Please ensure the following before booking:
- You have been asked to have a blood test by your GP or another healthcare professional
- You have the necessary blood test form (if request is from another healthcare professional). If the test has been requested by us the form will be on your notes
- You have not had symptoms of Coronavirus or had a positive lateral flow test or PCR in the last ten days and no-one at home is self-isolating
Unfortunately if you attend and do not have a blood form or the blood test hasn’t come from a direct request by the GP’s here or you answer yes to point 3, you will not be able to have the test and will be asked to rebook.
Please allow for teething issues, we are trying our best to make appointments more accessible in the areas that we can. We appreciate your patience and support as we try to improve our services.
