Comments, Concerns and Suggestions
Comments, complaints and suggestions are a good way for us to learn about how to improve our service. If you want to make a complaint, comment or make a suggestion about our services please write to Mrs Jackie Williams (Practice Manager). Your comments will be treated in confidence. If you have an issue you cannot discuss with the practice, you can call the Community Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). This service can help you with advice, information and support. We are keen to involve local people in shaping local health services. If you would like to get involved why not visit: www.gloshealthservices.org.uk/getinvolved or ask the receptionist for a 'Get Involved' booklet.
